Entire Agreement
Other than as specifically provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between you and BagMate, these terms and conditions (this "Agreement") apply to all of your on-line purchases from the web site at www.BagMate.com (the "Site") and may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by you through the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and BagMate.
Acceptance
By purchasing products from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon BagMate until accepted by BagMate. BagMate will indicate its acceptance of an order by shipping to you the ordered items.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. eChecks are also accepted through Paypal.
Shipping Charges & Taxes
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form. Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.
We ship via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. BagMate cannot be held responsible for packages lost by USPS. Insurance can be purchased at an additional cost.
Return Policy
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise in original packaging upon approval.
New, unused merchandise may be returned for credit or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error was made on our part.

Our purse liner product is the subject of several patents registered and/or pending in the United States and certain foreign countries, and different styles of the BagMate liner may also be protected by federal copyright. In addition, BagMate owns several registered and unregistered trademarks in and to the BagMate® name and logos. It is our policy to investigate and take complete and appropriate action in each the events our patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights are infringed.

At BagMate, we believe that protecting the privacy of your personal and financial information is one of our most significant responsibilities. As a result, we have implemented strict policies regarding your privacy. We do not sell or rent our customers’ names, addresses or other personal information.
